What is your cancellation policy?
Effective August 1, 2012: We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of non-holiday reservations and 72 hours notice of cancellation for holiday reservations.
Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s reservations require 7 days notice of cancellation.
Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s reservations require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time the reservation is made.
If proper notice is not given, you will be charged for 1 night of boarding for reservations 3 nights and less. You will be charged 1/2 the length of the reserved # of nights for reservations more than 3 nights. We require a credit card to be on file with us at the time a reservation is made to uphold this policy.
